How to Configure Advance Ship Notifications

Summary:

I've configured punchout catalogs and need a step-by-step guide on configuring the Advance Ship Notifications.

A supplier has tried sending the document and is receiving an unauthorized error (<error>Authorization Required: Unauthorized</error>).

I've looked at my setup and Advance Ship Notifications is Active in Oracle Business Network and ERP.

Does anyone have any helpful documentation on ASN setup? I've search Oracle Help Center and none of the documents are helpful or provide clear instructions.
