Benefits and Retirement Loans Refunding on an Employee on Leave

edited Apr 18, 2024 9:26PM in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI) 1 comment

Summary:

We have an employee who was on leave, returned from leave for one payroll and is now back out on Leave. In the Payroll retro process, the Benefit and Retirement Loans are refunding to the employee and should not be. We have tried offsetting these refunds with a debit entry into Element Entries, but the retro continues refund. Has anyone experienced this, and have you identified a root cause?
