I need to change the CRM used in Response Rules

We are in the process of setting up the Campaign integration portion on the SFDC Integration app. I know that I have to setup Response Rules, however, we previously had an integration with Oracle Sales Cloud and there is no way for me to change that to Salesforce that I can find

. Any guidance you could provide would be much appreciated. I've attached a screen shot.
