Allocation Rule Location Divided by Total

I need to build a formula that takes each location's total amount for a certain STAT account and divides it by that account's sum total of all locations. A formulaic illustration would be something along the lines of

STAT Location/Total STAT in Ledger

The allocation should generate a journal line for each location. Has anyone build something like this where Level0 Descendants are divided by a All parent to generate individual lines? If so, could you please share your results.

This is what I've got so far

"S1100"→STAT = "All Location Values"→"S1100"→"Ending Balance"→"PTD"→"STAT"
