UK Statutory Sick Pay Qualified Entitlement

We have a scenario as below
Earlier, the absences are enabled only for the primary assignments. But now, we have enabled new case model for multiple assignment solution by running upgrade process as suggested by Oracle. Before to transition date the employee is on Sick leave for 7 days and as per old setup these absences are recorded against primary assignment. After enabling multiple assignment solution, when we enter sick pay for both assignments and we are expecting number 60 calendar days as qualified entitlement for both the assignments. The number of qualified calendar days for primary assignment is coming as 60 ( which is correct)
