Do we have any way that we can hide View all drilldown from cx-panel?

We have requirement to only show panel not the subview. Do we have any way that we can hide the View all drill down?

We have requirement to show data on panel. As there is and will be only one record, so user don't want to have subview drill down on that panel.

Is there any way we can hide that View all drill down using any css or styling?
