How to auto populate assignment fields in auto complete rules based on person number selected?

Summary:

Hi Team,

I have a requirement to default current assignment fields of an employee when you select a particular employee.

Below is the requirement,

In document of records when the document request type is employee transfer request then after selecting the employee number through the Select Employee field, the rest of the assignment fields to be auto populated.

Please share your inputs or any sample rules for reference. Attached the screenshot for reference.
