Project Costing Details not found in Requisition distributions

Summary:

Unable to see the Project costing / Project details under Requisitions distributions section

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We have multiple BUs where projects module implemented, for other (US) BU we can see and we can enter project details but for the newly created BU we are unable to see the project details.

we did enable the Project Cost allocation DFF already for this new BU but still we can not see the project details. Verified the same in sandbox , the project details are also not available as hidden fields.

what could be the missing set up for this ?
