changing latest entry date to final close

Summary:

when we ran the retro for an employee it giving an error saying retro element is no longer existed it's because the retro element latest entry date is last standard earning date and we corrected and changed to final close to run the retro without any error will it impact any other things or cause any issues for other employees?
