Career Development options in Redwood UI in 24A

1. How to see career development from ESS in Redwood UI ?
Previously in responsive UI we can see career development under ME. Whereas, In Redwood UI it is not visible
2. Where we can see the career statement, Work preferences, Career Preferences in Career development in Redwood UI?
In responsive UI If we go to profiles > Content section access, the task will be there and we can give access like who can view. But in redwood UI how to enable those fields and where it will be visible in the ESS page.
