Configuration for Individual Compensation Plan

Hello!
My organization is currently exploring configuring an individual compensation for referral bonuses. Currently, our practice involves offering referral bonuses in two installments: an initial payment to the employee upon referral and another payment 90 days after the referred employee reaches their 90-day milestone. Is it feasible to configure two values within the individual compensation setup, designating the first installment for payment on a specific effective date and the second installment for payment on another date?
Alternatively, if such a configuration is not supported, would it be recommended to submit two individual compensation plans for the employee?
