Would like to enable the Redwood Pending Dashboard but keep using the Responsive Add Pending Worker

Summary:

Would like to enable the Redwood Pending Dashboard but keep using the Responsive Add Pending Worker flow for now. I've set the ORA_PER_PWK_DASHBOARD_REDWOOD_ENABLED profile to "Yes" and kept ORA_PER_ADD_PWK_REDWOOD_ENABLED set to "No" but when I click on the "Add" button from the dashboard page it opens the Redwood Add Pending Worker flow even though the profile is not enabled. How can I make this happen?
