How to trigger onboarding journey for Global Transfers before the record is processed on Day1
Summary:
Internal Global Transfers and Contingent workers that are being hired through recruiting are not allocated with the Enterprise Onboarding Checklist until the candidate is transferred or hired to the new position through ORC post Move to HR step. However, we have a requirement where some of the compliance documents would need to be completed before the candidate is actually Global Transferred or Contingent worker is hired as an employee. Is there a way to trigger the onboarding process before the record is processed on Day 1?
