Need to get DFFs data to be populated from AMEX in Expenses

While getting data from Amex into oracle, there are few fields that populated from amex namely merchant name, ticket number.
We have created DFFs for some more information (for example: flight class)

We want these DFFs information also to get populated directly from AMEX
