Element reason in ICP

Hi all,

We'd like to add a Comments/Reason field on Elements that can be added on Individual Compensation Plan when hiring employees. We noticed that a "reason" field at the element level is available from "Element Entries" page, but it does not show up when linking the element in ICP.

Is that expected? Do you have any suggestion to make it visible?
