Two Way Communication - Vanity and No Reply Email

We are setting up Two way Communication in our pod and the system is erroring due to Vanity Email and No Reply Email need to be the same email address. Can we use same email address for both Vanity Email and No Reply Email address. What happens if we use the same email address or do we need to use it differently?
