Quota Update on Change of Territory of Salesrep

At time of start of new financial year, Salesrep 'James' is assigned a quota for whole year ( Oct to Sep all 12 months) but suddenly due to business change this salesrep 'James' is moved to other new territory from April. Now business wants that this James previous quota assigned (Oct to March) must be removed from Incentive UI and only should be available to view for Apr to Sep as per new territory. We have report also based on Subject Areas - IC - Particpants Period Goals Real Time, IC - Atttainments Real Time, IC - Earning and
