Occupational Sick pay daily rate based on calendar month

Hi All,
I am trying to build the Sickness Absence for UK legislation. When I trying to build the Occupational Sick pay, I got the daily rate but its giving me daily rate of the Annual salary of the person rather than giving me daily rate based on the Calendar month.
Anyone have faced similar issue, when building the occupational sick pay.
Rate Definition defined as below:
Periodicity: Calendar Month
Periodicity Conversion formula: Standard rate Annualized
Calculation Detail:
Contributor Type: Balance
Contributor name: occupational absence balance
Periodicity: Calendar month
And in the contributor Rules tab:
Contributor Total Periodicity: Calendar Month.
