Access to only view the compensation Information

Summary:

We wanted to give access of viewing only the salary/ compensation. The user should not be able to Change the salary. Please find the screenshots below for your reference.

We have added the view access only for compensation but we are getting change salary option which should not be the case. Also in Compensation Info section we are not able to find the employees.

Kindly help.
