Hi Experts,
Configuration : ICP Setup → Dates → Payment Start Date → Specified Date (given a date back in 01-Jan-2007)
When an employee applies for the ICP, he is able to edit the date 01-Jan-2007 and choose their own date accordingly. Whereas when a HR tries to apply the same ICP for an employee, the date field is frozen and unable to enter/edit the date.
is this the expected behavior or is there any setup to handle this?
