Displaying Agent Name in Chat End Signature

Hi,

Is there anyway to pull the chat agent name and display it in chat signature? I have tried to implement this by using Standard Text, but as the incident is not saved during chat end, I am unable to pull the "Created By" value from "Incident" table. Looks like we can't pull the details from "Accounts" table by using Standard Text. Can anyone please help me on this?
