Move EBS allocation rules to PCMCS

Summary:

We want to move EBS allocation rules to PCMCS. Please could some one advise how to extract definition of 200 EBS allocation rules (it uses backend Essbase cube). I assume there should be some system report. We were able to export .xml file, but too hard to read xml file. There should be another more readable way to export those rules.
