OTBI formula to calculate number of days job requisition has been open

I am having trouble writing a formula for the number of days a job requisition has been open. I am using the Job Requisition - Dates 'Creation Date' and current date to calculate the number of days. I am getting the correct output but I do not want to include Job Requisitions that have been filled. Does anyone have a solution for this? I appreciate the help!
