Learning Specialist is unable to assign a Learning Item

Summary:

Hello everyone,

I'm facing an issue from the Learning Specialist perspective.

I tried to create a required assignment for a Learner but then when I search using the Assignment Status filters I cannot see any results. Also log in as a learner I'm not able to view the course assigned, hence it seems that nothing has been triggered.

Does somebody know how to fix this issue?
