Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

At our organization, we do not want users to duplicate/copy old requisitions. This is primarily to enforce users to search in Catalog instead of copying an old Non-Catalog Requisition.

We couldn't find any relevant Opt-In Feature/Profile/Privilege to disable this functionality. Appreciate your help/inputs in this regard. Thank you
