Upload Third-Party Payslip Manually

Hi,

We are aware that we have option to load the Third-Party Payslips through HDL. The HDL works fine. But we have requirement to load the Third-Party Payslips manually. Is there anyway to load the payslips manually. We have created the Third Party Payslip DOR manually, but when we view the same in View Payslip, we are not able to view the payslip, as the link between the DOR and Payroll Inbound EFF is missing. Can you please let us know if there is any way to load the Third-Party Payslip manually?
