user unable to open purchase requisition and getting 504 error.

Summary:

There is a change made in security profile for HCM role where I used custom criteria to restrict for payroll type and organization hierarchy.

After making the changes, the user with the HCM role is experiencing 504 error when opening purchase requisition page, the access of which is coming from another role.

This is strange behavior as change in any HCM role should not affect user's access to requisition's page. I have attached the custom criteria SQL, Please let me know if there is any issue with SQL code used in custom criteria.

Error: A CONNECTION TO THE SERVER HAS FAILED (STATUS = 504)
