Can we get a Application task transaction status if that is initiated via Journey Task?

Summary:

I need to create a report that displays all journeys and their associated tasks, including the status of each task, 
particularly indicating if any tasks that are initiated via Application Task of the Journey are pending approval from stakeholders.

 

Example: For instance, consider a "New Position" journey with multiple tasks. If one of these tasks involves Application task(to create position) and user click on this task to create Position and it goes to approval (Create Position approval), then can we get the details of the same from Journey task tables? how to link journey task which initiates the application task to the actual application task transaction details.
