EL expression to change label and translation Using Page composer

Summary:

Hi Team

We have one request to update one Label Highest Education level to Education level only for Dutch users , so I have used below El expression and I am able achieve this ,(#{bindings.LegislationCode.inputValue=='NL' ? 'Education level': 'Highest Education level'}). In addition this we need to translate this label in Dutch language . Meaning when NL user logs into ducth he/she should be able to see label as " Opleidingsniveau" .

Can you please help is there a way to achieve this . I tried using UI text tool but I am not able to achieve this
