How to provide interview feedback voluntarily?

Hi All,

Currently, once the interview is over, we request feedback from the Hiring Manager (or anyone else who was part of the interview team). However, it's only after requesting feedback that the Hiring Manager is able to provide it.

  1. Is there any way for the Hiring Manager or anyone else who was part of the interview panel to voluntarily provide feedback?
  2. If not, could the system automatically send a feedback request link to the Hiring Manager and team immediately after scheduling the interview? This way, they can use that request to provide feedback later.
