Compensation plan name is not showing up under "Reprocess or add Plan"

Compensation plan name is not showing up under "Reprocess or add Plan" option on "Adminster workers" page

On the admin worker page, the compensation plan name does not appear under the "Reprocess or add Plan" option. The plan is open , worksheet and the plan's end date are in the future. Please see the screenshot attached, I have posted and transferred the plan to Core HR.

Please note that other plan names are appearing and the configuration of the plans are same as the invisible plan, so please let me know if there is another option I missed.
