Approval notifications

Hi everyone,

When we enter an educational qualification in the 'Education' section, it should trigger an approval to the manager to approve the transaction. We don't understand why it's not happening, even though the 'Approval Required' and the 'Default Section' flags are active as seen in the image, and we haven't modified any of the approval rules. Additionally, after entering the transaction, it goes into draft mode, even though the system shows that it has been added. How can we solve this issue?
