can my client use recruitment module for referrals ?

Summary:

I'd like to know what can be done on HCM Cloud - and more specifically in the recruiting module, in terms of referral (cooptation) to allow employees suggest candidates for a position ? Is there a demo or video somewhere I could watch to know more about the topic please ?
