Is it possible to update position in assignment section of job offer using HDL?

Is it possible to update position for job offers using HDL if they are in Offer - Pending Approval, Approved, Extended, Accepted states and Post Offer Forms phase?

We have a use case wherein position has to be updated for in-flight offers that are after 'Offer - Draft' but before 'HR - Pending Manually Processing' or 'HR - Pending Automated Processing' states in ORC. Business unit tagged to position needs to be updated to avoid downstream impacts. Business Unit needs to be updated for all offers that are created, pending approval, approved, extended, accepted but not reached HR phase due to re-org. While these changes can be updated manually using 'offer - redraft' option, it would only result in delaying the process as redrafted offers
