Hide Catalog menu item in Catalog Bar

Business users need to be restricted to access to entire catalog while executing reports. We have given page entries for reports to execute.

So we thought to hide the menu item "Catalog" in Catalog Menu Bar.

From Administrator > Security > Manage Privilages > Home and Header > Access Catalog UI ——> when I denied to BI Consumer, It is loosing entire access prvillage to catalog page.

Please suggest possible methods for this requirement.
