Autoinvoice process generates different Invoices for Services and for Goods

There are two types of orders in OM MWO and CWO that are executed to same customer The difference between MWO and CWO is that(CWO) it uses a Handeling Fee as an extra line to include the cost of material handling. Transaction type, Tax type, Customer, Site etc. If run manually for a single SO in the Autoinvoice process for a CWO type it generates the invoice with both GOODS and SERVICES line type. When running the autoinvoice for the whole account number the system generates several invoices when the conditions are the same, also in many cases it will generate separate invoice for Handeling Fee only as invoice line. And I group the rest of the material lines in another invoice.
