Blind Recruiting-how to mask candidate name and resume for two different phases of CSP

Summary:

We need to mask candidate name on job application page as well as on header of candidate details page and resume for two different phases of CSP. I have done this for one phase but want masking for other phase as well. any doc would be highly appreciated.
