Uploading Historic Requisitions in Oracle Recruiting Cloud
Summary: How can we upload historic requisitions if the hiring manager or recruiter are no longer active assignments
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): We are attempting to upload historic requisitions on Oracle Recruiting Cloud. We are using the Requisition Creation Date as the Effective date. On those dates, both the Hiring Manager and Recruiter were active assignments.
However, we continue to receive errors suggesting that the Hiring Manager and/or Recruiter are inactive.
How can we upload these requisitions into Oracle Recruiting Cloud, without compromising on the accuracy of the Hiring Manager and Recruiter data?
