I navigate to the task 'Manage Workflow Rules in Spreadsheet.
If you have already defined the journal rules in the past, then within the 'Rule Templates' area and within the line 'Journal Approval', there are two links to download the approval template file. 1) The link under the heading 'Last Successful Upload' help to download the rule template file which is being used at present. 2) The link 'Download' help to download a brand new rule template file.
Now our need is to update the existing journal approval rule. I need to understand the Oracle recommended way of doing this update. Do we download the file in the link 'Last Successful Upload' and insert our new updates, or do we download the file in the link 'Download' and create the whole approval file again from the scratch which would include both the old and the new updates?
