<?FTE_FACTOR?> in compensation statements format

Hello experts,

we managed FTE in compensation plan but it gives value between 0 and 1. Is it possible to allow the variable <?FTE_FACTOR?> to display the percentage?

For example now the system return 0,95 but the customer want to see 95%. How can we change the <?FTE_FACTOR?> to allow to display 95 instead of 0,95?
