Looking to find out two things about email interactions: Time to open an email & Email Frequency

1. Is there a way to see how long on average it takes someone to open an email? As in time from send to time opened?
2. Email frequency: Is there a way to check which emails are being received multiple times by clients in aggregate? For example a list of top emails sent multiple times to the same client?
