Configure the Radix format for Service Requests

Summary:

When we format the Radix to e.g. 000000 and No Alphanumeric Conversions, when we hit 999999 does anyone know what happens? Does this limit us to only 999999 SRs, will it reset to 0000001, or will it expand automatically and show 1000001?

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

From my research I can see that we can control the Radix format using the Manage Service Request Profile Options >>
SVC_PUID_FORMAT and found an Oracle extract explaining this:
'For example, every Help Desk request number consists of a prefix and radix. Let's say that you select HRHD _ as the prefix and No alphanumeric conversion as the radix. Without this formatting profile option, the Help Desk request numbers are generated as HRHD_1, HRHD_2, and so on. Now suppose you use this formatting profile option and the value is 000000. Then the Help Desk request numbers are generated as HRHD_000001, HRHD_000002, and so on.'

Howdy, Stranger!
