Can we prevent agent talent pools from being entered into the overall candidate pool?
Summary: We have added agents for agency hiring when they are added to a requisition, and they do NOT have access to internal search. As they add talent to their personal dashboard, those candidates are then added into the overall talent/candidate pool for recruiters to search in. This is creating a potential "loophole" for agents to say they have submitted candidates, as the source on the candidate record is "added by ABC agency/Agent" when they were not attached/added to a requisition.
The same candidate can also find one of our requisitions on Indeed for example, apply there, and the agency will still show as the candidate profile source, this opening that door for possible issues.
