How to ensure valid Oracle GL Fusion code combinations are generated by source non-Oracle systems

Summary:

How do we publish code combinations defined and available in Fusion GL to non-Oracle systems? Currently I see that even the Export/import action is disabled for this task.

Alternatively, is there a way to derive valid combinations for those non-Oracle systems prior to them being interfaced to Oracle so as to avoid running them through Journal import and then encountering cross-validation rules and failing?
