Unable to hide fields in Record Non Catalog Learning

Summary:

We are on 24A and enable Redwood for Learning Management.

We are unable to hide the following fields in Request Non-Catalog Learning Page:

URL,

Expected Training Hours,

Cost.

Currency and

Context Segment

We cannot see any fields available under Business Rules with VB Studio Express mode. Please find the attachment of
what is available on the page. The user has all the required roles.

Are these pages not available to be customized in Express Mode? Please help
