Fast Formulas for Candidate Selection Processes

Summary:

We have a requirement to select candidates based on certain criteria. After the final interview phase, once one candidate is moved to the "selected" state, other candidates should have to be automatically moved to the "waitlisted" state. For that I need to write the Fast Formula.

Please anyone have sample Fast Formula for this requirement.
