Getting an Error as - he value of the attribute SERIAL_NUMBER isn't valid during FBDI IBAsset Upload

Summary:

When uploading Installed Base Asset using FBDI we are getting an error - The value of the attribute SERIAL_NUMBER isn't valid.

We have a use case wherein Serial Numbers are only for the contracts and hence it needs to be tracked as Installed Base Assets. And they are not an inventory based Serial Numbers. So we cannot perform On hand for the Serial Number in the inventory.

How to do this setup so that when we are uploading data using FBDI , it doesnt validate if Serial Number is present On hand or not and it allows this IB Asset to be uploaded.
