Can we update the cost scenario if it is published?

Hello, I already created a cost scenario which includes the resource rates. And this scenario is published and everythi g is okay the transactions are being costed.

An additional setup now is required for outside processing, therefore I need to update the cost scenario to add the cost of the OSP Item as a standard cost.

Can I update the current scenario or I should create a new one?

Can I have multiple cost scenarios?
