questionnaire font issue in supplier registration screen

Summary:

Hi

We are facing issue wherein the font size of the questionnaire section in the external supplier registration page is looking inconsistent. Although we have used the same font and style for this questionnaire setups (manage questions) in the system.

Can you suggest if this is known bug and if there is any workaround
