default UOM in non catalog requisition

HI All,

We have a requirement to default the UOM to "Each" whenever we click on enter non-catalog requisition.

We tried the sandbox but could not get any option to achieve the same. Request all to guide on the same if anyone have implemented the same before.

Highlighted field need to be defaulted. We have created smart forms with it its defaulted but business don't want that functionality of smart form
